According to the indictment, Moore contacted her the Sunday Sherman was slain, telling him when she was leaving and asking her to meet him at his office building at 4:30 p.m.
According to the indictment, Sherman was killed when “Moore or an unnamed conspirator” approached her from behind while she was waiting outside the building and stabbed her more than ten times.
Moore allegedly contacted and texted Sherman both before and after he killed her, according to the indictment.
According to the indictment, “the purpose of these texts and call requests was to fabricate evidence that Moore was not aware of Sherman’s assault.”
