Reportedly, the application was filed with Companies House, the official government agency responsible for approving new business endeavors, starting capital, and company dissolutions.

The spokespersons for Jeremy Clarkson, James May, and Richard Hammond have been contacted by LADbible for a statement.

Clarkson gave an unexpected interview to LADbible not long ago in which he discussed the differences between shooting his agricultural program and his tour with his friends.
