The attempt to reverse the conviction of a couple who were imprisoned for keeping a “exceptionally thin” infant boy in deplorable circumstances prior to his death, with drug traces found in his milk bottle, was unsuccessful.

However, courts have now rejected their attempt to cleanse their identities after instructing attorneys to file appeals against their conviction and sentencing after the prison term ruling.

According to a source, “it was not surprising that they attempted to appeal their convictions because the two of them are utterly callous.”

“Throughout this entire case, they have both shown absolutely no remorse whatsoever, and it has left many sickened.”

Although social work records raised issues about infant Stephen’s care while he was alive, doctors declared his death to be “undetermined.”
