What will happen to the players that were disqualified in the future? If they sign a promise of patriotic commitment,
Would they be permitted to rejoin the league, or will they be permanently barred? Will the players who define the NFL become resentful of the league’s new anti-kneeling policy?
One thing is certain for the time being: if you want to play football in the NFL this season, you must remain steadfast throughout the anthem or risk being banned before you can say “first down.”
