“At last, she put a pen between her fingers and covered the deceased’s hand with her right hand first, followed by her left.”
He went on to say that she “propelled” her mother’s writing hand to mark the will “by force and motion of her own left hand.”
Because she was unable to grip the pen or move her hand to write her name, the judge said that she was unable to sign it herself.
“Lisa physically caused the deceased’s hand to move and leave marks on the document by manipulating her hand.”
