Naturally, this incident occurs around two months after the former president was the target of a sniper’s bullet at a rally in Pennsylvania, which left two people dead and injured Trump’s ear.
Though it seems the rounds were not directed at the former president this time, it is unknown why the incident occurred or who the target was.
“The U.S. Secret Service, in conjunction with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, is investigating a protective incident involving former President
Donald Trump that occurred shortly before 2 p.m.,” a Secret Service representative tells us, assuring us that Trump is safe and that more information will be available soon.
