According to Dr. Sophie Bostock, a sleep specialist at the bed shop, if you continue to sleep poorly, you will look like this in 25 years.
Hannah was designed to depict the appearance of British people in 2050 if they slept for six hours every day.
As you can see, she seems far older than her actual age at forty. The bed maker claims that Hannah is now obese, has short-term memory loss, aging skin, and hair loss.
Her sleeping patterns are to blame for all of this. In addition, she now has wrinkles, jaundice, back and shoulder discomfort, and a generally poor health outlook.
“Hannah is a thought-provoking example of the holistic impact that sleep has on maintaining overall health,” Dr. Bostock said.
Long-term sleep deprivation has been linked to an increased risk of heart-related illnesses, such as obesity, heart disease, and type 2 diabetes, according to studies.
