Then the day arrived for Alexandra to give birth. The hospital increased the number of attending physicians, midwives, and other staff members to about 40, doubling their regular delivery team.
Multiple births may often be problematic, but Alexandra’s experience was different. There were no problems at all throughout her labor and delivery!
Four baby boys and one baby girl were welcomed into Alexandra and Antonin’s household. Alex, Deniel, Martin, Michael, and Tereza, the only female, are their names.
A clear indication that this is nothing less than a genuine miracle of life is the fact that all of the kids were healthy during delivery and that Alexandra was doing well after giving birth.
In the Czech Republic, multiple births are not very frequent. In the nation, quintuplets are only born around every 480 years.
