Tragically, Aeroflot Flight 593 from Moscow to Hong Kong crashed killing everybody on board. Relief pilot Yaroslav Vladimirovich Kudrinsky let his children, Yana and Eldar, into the cockpit,
Therefore triggering the accident. Eldar, the sixteen-year-old, wrongly transformed an apparently harmless moment into a fatal calamity while the airplane was on autopilot.
Captured on the black box of the aircraft, the occurrence provides eerie insight into the last seconds of the flight.
Yaroslav took the disastrous choice to let his children operate the controls of the aircraft, in a rare and instinctive moment.
