The incorrect guy was chosen by an armed suspect to carjack. The carjacker was unaware that the driver was not your typical victim, and things swiftly changed as the suspect dragged him from his car.

 

To his arms, according to Small, who also said that police were attempting to determine if the injured man was the carjacker.

Inspector Scott Small, the chief of police in Philadelphia, said WPVI at the time, “There’s a possibility that that 21-year-old shooting victim may be the individual that committed this robbery carjacking.”
