“You white b***hes, we’re sending you back to Europe.” Just hours after an alleged ISIS extremist killed over a dozen people in New Orleans,
Hundreds, maybe even thousands, of anti-Israel demonstrators occupied Times Square in New York City on Wednesday night.
The demonstrators, many of whom were wearing face masks and keffiyehs, denounced American backing for Israel.
They were carrying Palestinian flags and posters that said things like “No war on Iran,” “Lift the siege on Gaza now!” “Zionism is cancer,” and “End all U.S. aid to Israel.”
They also shouted together at different points in time: “We will honour all our martyrs,” “There is only one solution — intifada revolution,” and “Resistance is glorious — we will be victorious.”
“The Second Intifada, a period of terror attacks in Israel in the early 2000s marked by suicide bombings,” is what the Times of Israel referred to as “the Intifada,” which means “uprising” in Arabic.
