The Midlothian Fire Department is still looking for Riggs, a 3-and-a-half-year-old yellow labrador who went missing on Friday, May 2.

It was stormy, Riggs was on a regular break, in a familiar location, and he had no eyes on his handler.

A cherished Midlothian fire station dog went missing over the weekend, and a reward is being offered for its safe recovery.

The Midlothian Fire Department is still searching for Riggs, a 3-and-a-half-year-old yellow labrador who stays at Fire Station One, after he vanished on Friday, May 2.

What they’re saying:In order to aid in the search for Riggs, Midlothian Fire Chief Dale McCaskill informed FOX 4 that they had brought in another dog that is trained to track scents.
