Months after her death, the Salvadoran immigrant was caught in Tulsa, Oklahoma, after viciously beating and raping the mother-of-five, according to the Harford County State’s Attorney’s Office.

She claimed that former President Joe Biden failed to contact to offer condolences and expressed her anger at the Biden administration for her daughter’s death.
