Many of Stuller’s neighbors in Apopka, a city about 20 miles northwest of Orlando, were astonished to learn that he had been arrested for this murder.

According to Chief Goerke, the case was revived in 2012, but police did not discover a potential match to the DNA found on Wilbanks’ remains until earlier this year.
