Stuller is currently facing charges of disturbing a body and second-degree murder.
This week, he is scheduled to appear in court for the first time. It wasn’t immediately apparent if he had a lawyer or pleaded guilty.
“The St. Cloud Police Department is committed to seeking justice for Ms. Wilbanks and her family, as well as other unsolved cases,” stated Chief Goerke.
“As science becomes more advanced, it gives us opportunity to solve cases that couldn’t be solved in the past.”
