The Supreme Court overturns the Biden-Harris Title IX amendment, which some had said would let males participate in women’s sports.

The legislation initially declared that behavior connected to a person’s gender identification is considered discrimination based on sex when the regulation went into force on August 1.

The decision was challenged in court by more than two dozen Republican attorneys general, who said it would violate state laws that prohibit transgender children from playing women’s sports.

The Biden administration maintained that sports eligibility is not covered by the rule. But in June, a number of specialists provided Fox News Digital with research refuting Biden’s assertions

that more biological males will eventually participate in women’s sports and showing that the idea would instead increase the number of biological men in women’s sports.

With its ruling on Friday, the court dealt a setback to the Biden administration’s continuous attempts to uphold transgender inclusion.
