On Monday, Meta announced the appointment of three new members to its board of directors: internet investor and entrepreneur Charlie Songhurst,
European investment group Exor CEO John Elkann, and UFC president and CEO Dana White. White, Elkann, and Songhurst “will add a depth of expertise and perspective” to help Meta.
“tackle the massive opportunities ahead with AI, wearables, and the future of human connection,” according to a news statement from Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

A new publicly traded corporation. He is in charge of the entire strategic direction of the UFC’s international operations, which includes its live event series.
