Our Conduct and Standards Guidelines for On Screen Personalities, published in 2024, likewise restated our standards for the conduct of our on-screen presenters.
Every issue and grievance brought up by people who have communicated with ITN details actions that are improper and intolerable.
“ITV was not informed about the majority of them at the time. Action has been done in cases where concerns have been brought up with ITV.
We will now be investigating issues that were not previously brought to our attention since we can only take action when we are aware that they have been brought up.
“If anyone has experienced or witnessed inappropriate behaviour while working on an ITV show, we encourage them to raise their concerns.
