There is “light at the end of the tunnel,” according to a man who was sliced in half by a forklift following a serious accident.

 

“So that’s six months since he’s been unable to get up in his bucket, six months of back to back kidney infections and these kidney stones is just being terrible,” she said.

However, Loren only seems appreciative that after a terrible six months of suffering, he was now seeing some “light at the end of the tunnel.”

Speaking from his hospital bedside, the American added that he has been experiencing much more discomfort lately since he is also coping with chronic constipation and a kidney hematoma.

To help Loren feel as comfortable as possible, doctors plan to test him on some new painkillers and a muscle relaxant that will be given “as needed.”

In an effort to reduce his risk of infection, Loren said, his primary care physician recommended that he start taking antibiotics on a daily basis when he leaves the hospital.

“I don’t have to go on a full script,” he said. “To stop illnesses from becoming worse, the doctor was thinking about prescribing antibiotics three times a week.
