Both Lacey and Andrew were worried that others wouldn’t see Natalie’s natural beauty because of the mark on a large portion of her face.

“I worried that people would only see our precious baby girl for her birthmark, instead of the beautiful person I knew she would grow up to be,” Lacey said as she held her in her arms, fascinated with her.

“At that moment, I decided that we would love her without conditions and give her all the confidence she needs to realize how beautiful she is and that she can achieve anything she sets her mind to.”

Both brothers were interested in finding out more about the object concealing their infant sister’s face when they first encountered her.

After that, Andrew took his time to explain that Natalie is a little unique and that her superhero outfit is the black patch on her face. She would thus be able to do anything and do amazing things in the future.
