According to sources inside the law enforcement agency, the incident happened on July 29 at 5 p.m. on Los Feliz Boulevard, as the 20-year-old was riding his electric bike.
Apparently, he was not wearing a helmet when the event occurred, resulting in a head injury and hip discomfort.
