Marcus’ cause of death was still unknown as of March 25, and an investigation is still being conducted. According to a statement released by the Phoenix Police Department,
“At this time, Freiberger’s case is being handled as a death investigation and is pending results from the Office of the Medical Examiner,” Fox10 said.
Police said that “no additional leads or evidence were discovered to determine if Freiberger left town or fell victim to any particular crime”
In relation to his disappearance. Marcus’s family is demanding answers to the unanswered concerns surrounding his death.
