Showed up at 11 p.m. for a birthday celebration in Chanthaburi, Thailand’s Tha Mai district, according to the Bangkok Post.
In return for money, the guy, who sold garlands, was ordered to sip bottles of whisky. According to The Independent, he was promised 10,000 baht, or over $300, for each 350ml bottle he downed.
The Nation Thailand claims that after consuming three bottles, he was rewarded 30,000 baht (more than $800) for the challenge.
Shortly after finishing the task, Kanthee passed out and passed out. After being taken to the hospital, he was unfortunately declared dead on December 26 at 3:40 AM.
