Tragically, at the age of 30, Qidere Johnson—better known by his stage moniker, LGP Qua—was shot and killed.
According to the Philadelphia Police Department, the rapper was shot and killed on Sunday, May 11, just before
4:40 PM, in the Juniata Park neighborhood of the city, close to the intersection of M Street and East Luzerne Street.
After being shot several times, Johnson was transported by private vehicle to Temple University Hospital, where, according to ABC News, he was declared dead at 4:56 PM.
