Transgender women are not legally considered women: The Supreme Court’s historic ruling that the definition of a woman is tied to “biological sex” may prevent transgender people from using single-sex places.

“It would have been illegal for lesbians, or gay men, to have a group of more than 25 people if they didn’t admit the opposite sex, and we’d have.
