Officials in the UK are increasingly worried about the country’s military and civic preparedness, fearing that the existing plans will leave the country “outgunned” by Russia.
“The country is’massively under-strength’ and we may need to’reorganise our economy’ in order to prepare to rapidly expand the military,” former Chancellor Philip Hammond said on the Peel Hunt Insights podcast.
