UNIQUE The 36-year-old white glamour model who “identifies as black” after getting tanning injections to become a “exotic Barbie” says she has been baptized in Africa and will now “build bridges” between races.

Before moving from west Germany to Africa, she stated that she wanted to have a butt enlargement and have surgery to “widen her nose.”

Martina stated at the time, “I don’t know any surgeons in Africa who can do those because I want my surgeries very extreme.

I hope that the remaining issues can be resolved quickly so that we can fulfill our dream of emigrating as soon as possible.”

Martina has undergone multiple surgeries since 2012 in an attempt to realize her dream of having a Barbie-like appearance.

These procedures have included rhinoplasty to reduce the size of her nose, liposuction to achieve the Mattel doll’s “long legs,” veneers to create a “super smile,” lip fillers, and implants.
