The $1 million bond for the teenager who fatally stabbed another 17-year-old at a track meet in Texas has been lowered to $250,000.
On April 2, football player Austin Metcalf tragically passed away after competing in a track and field event at Kuykendall Stadium in Frisco, Texas.
The junior and 17-year-old Karmelo Anthony got into a brawl while he was in his team’s tent.
According to the teen’s father, Jeff Metcalf, the senior at Centennial High School pulled a knife on the teen after telling him he was in the incorrect seat, stabbing the teen’s heart with the weapon.
