Unsettling Video: Police Are Drawn to a Horrible Scene by a Woman’s Screams

The Louisville Metro Police Department received a call about a woman screaming for assistance from the second story of a Park Hill house at around 7 p.m. on a Wednesday.

When the cops attempted to access the house using body cam footage, they discovered that the first floor—including the windows—was totally blocked off.

As the victim called for assistance, worried neighbors gathered to watch and quickly offered the officers a ladder to help them reach a second-story window that had been broken out.

A disturbed woman, identified as 37-year-old Jonna Wilson, was found with a chain around her neck after an officer climbed the ladder and entered the house.

The chain led to the floor, where it was bolted down to keep the woman from escaping, and it was locked around Wilson’s neck with a padlock.

Karoline Leavitt, the White House press secretary, received a ton of compliments after sharing a picture of herself nursing her infant at work.
