At a party at their house, a married couple on Lookout Mountain faces charges of reckless endangerment and contributing to delinquency.
Two of those teenagers were brought to the hospital for medical treatment. William Clee Haisten and Marcella Caruso Haisten, both 47, were taken into custody by police on Wednesday.

An officer on patrol saw “a large quantity of vehicles on both sides of the road” close to the Haisten residence on Fort Stephenson Place late Saturday night.
The officer saw that several cars were obstructing the route enough to prevent a fire truck or other emergency vehicle from passing.
