He mostly vented over a New York Times reporter he believed wasn’t applauding his efforts to broker a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine.
Before he eventually got down to a message for Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, Trump also bemoaned what he termed “the Obama Crimea Giveaway.”
And how his political rivals weren’t receiving criticism for the US position on the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
“With all of that being said, there was no reason for Putin to be shooting missiles into civilian areas, cities, and towns, over the last few days,” he said, referring to the recent strikes on Kyiv.
