Another incidence occurred in Epping, in northern Sydney, where a teacher grabbed a youngster by the wrist and jerked them backwards, resulting in a dislocated elbow that required medical attention.

According to the ABC, more than 1,700 regulatory violations occurred in Affinity Education centers in NSW between 2021 and 2024.
