Senior Superintendent Dambar Bishwakarma of the Nepal Police told the BBC that the man was having trouble breathing since the air shield was open. “Right away, we rescued him by smashing the glass.
“He had blood all over his face when he was rescued but we took him to the hospital in a condition where he could speak.”
