In 2010, Isakin Drabbad, now 46, killed his girlfriend Helle Christensen by beheading her and consuming chunks of her body, making him one of Sweden’s most notorious killers.
Isakin was found guilty of murder in 2011 and sent to a mental health facility after he later confessed to the crime and a forensic psychiatric evaluation revealed that he had a severe mental illness.
