For 30 days, licensed dietician Jessica Wilson made the decision to experiment with eating 80% ultra-processed cuisine. Let’s talk about whether or not it was a conscious diet decision.
The Test Wilson substituted chorizo for eggs for breakfast throughout the trial. She had handmade tamales for lunch instead of beans and avocado.
She also substituted cashew-nut yogurt with jam for snacks, while Tater Tots and chicken sausages with veggies were common supper fare.
She obviously intended to determine how much damage the meal would do, but the findings were startling. The Findings Wilson saw that she was feeling better after only two weeks.
