The statement went on to offer condolences to customers and anybody who had lost their homes or been affected in any other way by the fires.
“We are so thankful for the love and support you all have shown us after 60 years in business,” the post said.
In her reaction to the article, Clara Sturak, who was born and raised in Los Angeles, summed up what the establishment meant to patrons.
