While shooting Wolf of Wall Street, Jonah Hill snorted fake cocaine and ended up in the hospital.

And although this may seem like a straightforward replacement, Hill learned the hard way that sticking something up your nose doesn’t actually work well.

After appearing as Azoff, a character largely based on real-life stock trader and convicted fraudster Daniel Porush, the comedian said that he ended up requiring medical care since he ended up getting pneumonia.

In 2016, Hill gave an explanation during an interview on Bill Simmons’ talk program Any Given Wednesday in the US: ”

I got bronchitis for three weeks because I did so much fake cocaine in Wolf Of Wall Street.” I was admitted to the hospital. “Even if it’s vitamin powder,

it makes no difference since ingesting so much material into your lungs would make you quite sick. For almost seven months, we were practically making phony Coca-Cola every day.” One benefit,

despite landing him in the ER, was that he was spared the fear of contracting rickets. “I’ve never had more vitamin D in my entire life; I could have lifted a car over my f****** head,” Hill joked.

Speaking up, Joaquin Phoenix described the terrible, strict diet he had to go on in order to shed 22 kg while shooting Joker.

Nicole Kidman’s new Netflix murder mystery has been called “perverted” and “inappropriate.”
