She will be sorely missed as a devoted friend, aunt, sister, and daughter. On the fundraising page, Amanda’s family wrote,
“On October 26th, Amanda passed away in a very sad accident, doing what she loved, skydiving and taking pictures!” in an effort to raise money for funeral costs.
Gallagher often photographed the Air Capital Drop Zone while running her own photography company, AG Photography.
By updating her profile picture to the one above and adding the message, “best feeling ever💕✈️🪂” on October 13, she also seemed to be an ardent skydiver. She also posted a video of her October 3 solo aircraft jump.
