Whistleblower allegations against Tesla After her team brought up serious safety concerns, Elon Musk attempted to have them deported.

According to the LA Times, the defamation lawsuit was eventually dismissed when it was decided that Balan would not be permitted to present her case in public.

Balan, however, appealed the ruling rather than simply conceding defeat. Additionally, it was disclosed on April 14 that she had been successful in having the arbitration dismissed.

Now, Balan wants to go to court and argue her case against Tesla. Speaking on Musk, she stated in an interview with The Times UK that she hopes to “prove how vindictive this monster is.”

“He’s enjoying hurting people… and you don’t know about them because he’s forcing everybody to give up their freedom of speech and their right to sue,” she said, calling the CEO “pure evil.”

She also stated in a BBC interview that she “wish[es] Elon Musk had the decency to apologise” and that her ultimate goal is to “clear [her] name.”
