When the 24-year-old’s fragmentary remains were discovered in the same location as Taylor’s, police speculated that she was slain between September 1 and November 19, 2000.
She was placed inside a black plastic bag that had been covered with duct tape and fastened with rope. In 2011, her missing hands and a portion of her right leg were discovered along Ocean Parkway.
