According to NPR, the trial is anticipated to run seven or eight weeks, during which time Zuckerberg is scheduled to testify. U.S. District Judge James Boasberg will preside over the case.
A representative for Meta told the BBC: “More than 10 years after the FTC reviewed and cleared our acquisitions, the commission’s action in this case sends the message that no deal is ever truly final.”
