Application form copies
Documentation of immigration status
Evidence of Social Security Administration ineligibility for federal SSI benefits
Affidavits provided for every application
For some immigrants who meet all other program requirements but are not eligible for federal SSI because of their immigration status, the CAPI program offers monthly cash benefits.
