Boyle was permitted to care for the children in exchange for 250 hours of unpaid labor. Boyle received a Community Payback Order at
Ayr Sheriff Court in 2014 after she was discovered comatose on a couch with a crying infant at her feet.
In the same year, she was discovered attempting to sell a baby on Ayr High Street for $1.2 million, which resulted in another Community Payback Order.
She shook the youngster, shouted at him, and threw him in a “damp and draughty” part of the coastal town, according to the Daily Mail.
Boyle also had a number of ongoing court matters, and he was scheduled to appear in Kilmarnock Sheriff Court this June for two additional prosecutions.
