A couple of punks cornered a 19-year-old female in the back of a city train while she was returning home from an early college class.
The punks were waiting for the majority of the other passengers to get off. She soon discovered that they would use her headphones against her.
And what transpired after they had their way with her just made the situation worse. As she listened to her music, Jessica Hughes, a student at DePaul University.
Walked off campus and took the CTA Blue Line train home by herself. Jessica saw a man approach and take the seat in front of her after many of the passengers had disembarked at their various stops along the route.
She sensed immediately that something negative was going to occur. The man turned around and attacked, jumping on the defenseless teenager when he had the chance.
