A 29-year-old gymgoer passed away after a chiropractor “cracked her neck.”

But before starting therapy, her chiropractor neglected to go over these documents or get further medical data.

The coroner discovered that Kowalczyk had acute arterial dissections in the same location as her original injury during four chiropractic appointments.

In September and October of 2021. These made her condition worse and ultimately led to her death. In the Gateshead and South Tyneside inquest,

Assistant Coroner Leila Benyounes came to the conclusion that Kowalczyk’s death was brought on by “chiropractic treatment following a naturally occurring medical event.”

Benyounes urged the General Chiropractic Council to implement obligatory procedures mandating that chiropractors examine patients’ medical histories prior.

After the driver reportedly informed her she “wouldn’t fit” in his vehicle, a Detroit rapper is suing Lyft.
