The first suspected Luigi Mangione imitator to be arrested was a lady from Florida. On Tuesday, December 10, Briana Boston was taken into custody.
In Lakeland, Florida, USA, for reportedly threatening her health insurer using words reminiscent to those used by Mangione, the accused shooter of the CEO of UnitedHealthcare.
Boston apparently spoke with a representative of the American health insurance company Blue Cross Blue Shield on Tuesday after learning that her medical claim had been rejected.
