A surgeon explains how to do a quick at-home test to determine if you have a heart blockage.

He just revealed the specifics of his health hack in a video posted to his YouTube account (@drjeremylondon).

“How can you tell that you might have significant heart artery blockages without a single blood test, X-ray, or ECG,” he added.

“Well, not surprisingly, you have to listen to your body.” Dr. London listed a number of “red flags” to watch out for, including shortness of breath, chest discomfort, and tightness in the chest.

Additionally, if you get discomfort that goes to your jaw or arm when you exert yourself and goes away when you relax, this might also indicate that your ticker is not doing well.

Dr. London went on to explain how these symptoms might indicate that your heart’s arteries are a little obstructed.

“Let’s assume for a minute that you have a blockage in the artery of the front of the heart,” remarked the doctor.
