He released a statement describing AJ Owens as a loving mother whose life was brutally cut short, leaving her children to bear the weight of her loss, including a small kid who saw this awful event.

Following around thirty minutes of deliberation, the jury requested to hear the two 911 calls Lorincz had made that evening.
In one from before the shooting, Lorincz sounded almost entirely emotionless as she informed a dispatcher that she was
“really scared.” “Are you or anybody else in danger at this moment?” inquired the dispatcher. “I secured my door,” she answered.
In the second 911 call that was made after the shooting, Lorincz’s voice is hardly audible and sounds like she is weeping. She said that she shot at the door when someone attempted
to break through it. After roughly two and a half hours of deliberation, the jury was questioned again about damage to Lorincz’s home’s door.
