The IBA conducted a press conference that appeared to fail to resolve some of the confusion surrounding the two boxers’ eligibility for the Olympics, as debate erupted around their participation.
A hastily-arranged, farcical two hours was provided by IBA president Umar Kremlev, who branded Olympics leader Bach ‘a sodomite’. Kremlev offered few straightforward answers.
“The tests indicate that they were male,” he stated. We do not ensure that they have anything between their legs.
