Tributes have been flooding in for the late celebrity, particularly from those who have worked with her in the past, after her tragic struggle came to an end earlier this month.
Jason Priestley, who portrayed Doherty’s twin brother Brandon Walsh on the popular TV program 90210, tweeted a vintage picture of the two of them.
On Instagram, he expressed his shock and sadness after hearing of Shannen’s loss. I shall miss this incredible woman. My deepest sympathies are with her family at this difficult time.
On social media, Doherty was honored by Carol Potter, who portrayed the onscreen mother of the brothers, who wrote:
“What a journey she has been on!” Quit too early. She faced her own death with dignity and fortitude, being loyal to herself the whole way. May she find eternal peace.
